HFVH Strategic Plan

The new five-year HFVH strategic plan has been designed to position HFVH as the provider of choice for holistic healthcare services. The plan is premised on the insights from organizational assessment, performance analysis, health sector analysis, and prevailing and emerging strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
The Vision, Mission, and Values have been updated accordingly and new strategies and strategic objectives have been developed. The four strategic pillars and the six strategic objectives have been well articulated to enable not only the effective and efficient implementation of routine activities but also the design of versatile initiatives and projects that give HFVH a sustainable competitive advantage and permit structured adaptation to the environment. While the vision, mission and values have been reviewed, the balanced score card, customer value proposition, strategy map, value creation, strategy cascade, performance analysis and alignment, strategic initiatives, strategy house, strategic perspectives, strategic altitude, change management strategy, strategic graphic, strategic perspectives, strategy profile and corporate risk assessment have added new flavor into this Strategy.
